Coverage
The global luxury property protection, covered.
Coastal Key provides home watch and residential asset management powered by our licensed digital Sentinel Standard, Avatar SaaS, and AI Fleet platform across the full three-county global luxury property protection corridor. From Indian River Shores in the north to Jupiter Island in the south, we maintain a dense operating footprint that allows us to respond quickly and inspect thoroughly.
Our service area spans roughly 75 miles of Atlantic coastline and extends inland to cover the communities where seasonal and investment properties are concentrated. We operate from Stuart and dispatch to every municipality listed below. Properties within Martin County receive same-day emergency response. Properties in St. Lucie and Indian River counties receive response within four hours for critical issues.

Why a defined service area matters
We do not accept properties outside our three-county footprint. This is deliberate. A tightly defined service area means shorter drive times between inspections, faster emergency response, and deeper relationships with local vendors, contractors, and municipal offices. When a pipe bursts at midnight, we can have a licensed plumber on-site within the hour because we work with the same professionals every week.
It also means we know the local building codes, HOA requirements, flood zones, and storm surge maps for every community we serve. That local knowledge translates directly into better property protection for our clients.
