We operate from Stuart and dispatch to every municipality listed below. Properties within Martin County receive same-day emergency response. Properties in St. Lucie and Indian River counties receive response within four hours for critical issues.

Why a defined service area matters

We do not accept properties outside our three-county footprint. This is deliberate. A tightly defined service area means shorter drive times between inspections, faster emergency response, and deeper relationships with local vendors, contractors, and municipal offices. When a pipe bursts at midnight, we can have a licensed plumber on-site within the hour because we work with the same professionals every week.
