Indian River County is our northern operating zone. We maintain scheduled inspection routes in the county every week and adjust route density based on seasonal client concentration.

• Routine inspections: Scheduled visits follow the full 47-checkpoint Sentinel Standard on every visit. Biweekly, weekly, or custom cadence as contracted.
• Same-day response: Non-emergency service requests received before 10 AM are addressed the same business day.
• Emergency response: Critical issues -- active water intrusion, HVAC failure, security breach, storm damage -- receive on-site response within four hours, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Storm response: Pre-storm preparation begins 72 hours before projected landfall. Post-storm inspections begin within 18 hours of conditions permitting safe access.
