Every Coastal Key client receives access to a secure owner portal where inspection reports, photographs, maintenance records, and service history are available around the clock. When an inspector completes a Sentinel Standard visit, the forty-seven-checkpoint report with timestamped photographs is published to your portal within twenty-four hours. You can review individual inspections, compare photographs across visits to track changes over time, and see a running log of every vendor interaction and maintenance action taken on your property.

The portal is also your primary communication channel with Coastal Key. Service requests, schedule changes, and questions are submitted through the portal and tracked to resolution. You always know where a request stands. Nothing gets lost in a text thread or buried in an email inbox. The portal is accessible from any device, desktop or mobile, with no app to install.

Integrated payments and contracts

Coastal Key uses Stripe for payment processing and DocuSign for contract execution. Monthly subscription payments are processed automatically through your credit card or ACH on file. You receive a receipt for every transaction, and your complete payment history is available in the owner portal at any time.

Service agreements are executed through DocuSign, providing a secure digital signature process with a complete audit trail. When we amend a service agreement, add a seasonal preparation addendum, or update vendor authorization forms, the documents are routed through DocuSign so that everything is signed, timestamped, and stored in your account record. No paper. No fax. No scanning.

Our platform runs on Cloudflare's global edge network with built-in DDoS protection, rate limiting, and content security policies. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data.
